Emily Glancy

As a broadcaster and freelance writer, I am never short of a view or imagination.  I enjoy both fiction and non fiction writing.  I am also a food editor for a magazine, which allows me to indulge in my other passion which is cookery.  I can often be spotted writing and filming on my boat on Lake Windermere, where I get a real burst of writing inspiration.  I was told at age 6 that I would probably never be able to read or write; so you will probably gather that I have a spirit which is tenacious.
